  • Session 1 (8 Nov):  Challenges around event networking. Deconstructing virtual events to identify the challenges around event networking

Mapping attendees’ expectations, disappointments and needs about virtual events. Mapping attendees’ journey through virtual event networking. Zooming down to the challenges in each phase (before the event, during the event, after the event).

  • Session 2 (22 Nov):  One size doesn’t fit all. Networking can be seen as an empty opportunity unless specified; “networking with whom for what”.

One of the reasons why networking opportunities do not work satisfy attendees expectations could be due to the blurred concept of networking. Until we zoom in to the precise goal level, networking can mean different things to different people. This workshop will focus on decoding event networking and mapping reasons for networking and existing virtual networking solutions.

  • Session 3 (6 Dec): Attempts to saving event networking. Brainstorming and Prioritizing solutions to virtual event networking and to hybrid event networking.

Guided Design Thinking brainstorming to design solutions to the main issues around virtual event networking and to hybrid event networking .

  • Session 4 (24 January): Reports of results, tailor made solutions.
