Two online sessions
20 January – 2 February (15:00 UK time for both sessions, group working phase in between sessions)
Participants will be allocated to Teams prior to the event when possible
What are the industry assumptions in terms of diversity and inclusion? How good is our industry in terms of diversity and inclusion? What can we improve? What concrete actions can be implemented?
The Inclusive Leadership Sprint will cover what the industry perception is on diversity and inclusion topic from a gender lens. Assumptions vs overview and diagnostic of where we are today will be compared.
First online session, 20 January
Ahead of the first online session, a survey will be launched to understand what industry professionals think about this theme. The first sprint will begin with the presentation of the survey results and presentations from industry experts, followed by a discussion. Teamwork will be set and teams will have 10 days to explore further diversity and inclusion with a focus on women in Leadership and define concrete actions to implement.
Second online session, 2 February
Team work findings will be presented and discussed followed by a conclusion.
