Session 1, 8 March
In this session we will look at and understand the real power of the medium we sell and how we can leverage this power to deliver better results for our clients. We will consider how powerful the medium is and also how to prepare for success well before we get on the first call or meeting with our clients.

Session 2, 22 March
Retention is and always has been a challenge in our industry and in this short course we will look out how to find new exhibitors so that our shows remain fresh and relevant and exciting for our visitors. We will also look at how to define who exactly is our ideal exhibitor and how to define them in our sales plan.

Session 3, 31 March
The final session will look out how we handle the exhibition objections from clients. Understanding that objections are perfectly normal and in fact should be welcomed to enable us not only get the stand booking but also to build on this relationship for the future

Each Micro-Workshop will be split in three parts:
30 minutes Education – 30 minutes Group work – 30 minutes Discussion – 100% Networking
The micro-workshop is designed for a quick knowledge transfer combined with a networking platform. Participants will learn new insights and discuss it with other course participants.
The session is an hour and half long, limited to 10 participants and Free for Gold Members.
